Assess supplier performance regularly in terms of quality, compliance, delivery timelines, and reliability 6. Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and avoid overstocking or stockouts 8. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries across India 9.
